These terms and conditions regulate the business relationship between you and us.
By using our website in any way, or by buying from us, you agree to be bound by them.

Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
When you place an order with powrgardsports.com, and we have approved your payment, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is placed, all details are considered final. Please make sure you check your ordered items and delivery address, as these cannot be changed after the order is printed or packed. Should the shipping details you provided be incorrect and you need your order redirected you will be charged with the redelivery fee. You will not be able to add extra items on to your order once it has been placed.
The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Powrgard® and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Powrgard® may terminate your access to the website, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods, which you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
Out of Stock Products
If an item you purchase is out of stock you will be contacted by a Powrgard staff member to discuss available options.
If the product purchased is damaged or faulty beyond normal wear and tear, please contact us at email@example.com and we will work with you to either refund or exchange. We may however request photographic evidence and/or the product returned. Returns are processed through our returns department from Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm. We cannot process them on weekends.
*Please note: We will only refund using the original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 21 days to process. Refund amount does not include shipping cost.
All unopened and unused items purchased from powrgardsports.com can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, excluding shipping costs. Please refer to our Refund and Exchange Policy for further details.
Damaged or Faulty Goods Upon Arrival
Occasionally goods don’t turn up in the condition we sent them in, or they may have a manufacturing fault. In either of these cases we will endeavour to ensure you get what you paid for.
We may ask you to supply photo evidence of the damaged goods received.
If a refund is required it may take up to 21 days to process.
Shipping & Delivery
● Delivery can only be made within Australia.
● All deliveries are made by Australia Post and are subject to their rules and regulations.
● Delivery times are only guidelines, not guarantees. All deliveries are authorised to leave, unless instructed otherwise.
We aim to deliver your order as promptly as possible. However, we do not have control over your order once it has been passed into the Australia Post system. Some deliveries may be late due to your location, accidents and/or local disruptions. If this is the case we will be more than happy to liaise with Australia post to track your order.
Special Instruction for Delivery cannot be added. If the parcel doesn’t fit in your letter box Australia Post will leave a card for you to collect your parcel at the nearest Australia Post Outlet.
Delivery times vary depending on the location within Australia. We aim to dispatch your order within 1 business day, however at times there may be delays in getting the order out to you.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Powrgard takes pride in producing the best quality product possible. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please follow the guidelines outlined below.
Please note that powrgard online cannot refund any products which have been purchased through retail outlets. You will need to go directly to the place of purchase in this case. We encourage you to send us feedback on your experience with the product and indicate whether the retailer was able to resolve the issue. You can email us at email@example.com with any feedback.
Returning Faulty Products for Exchange/Refund
Only product items purchased from powrgardsports.com that are deemed to have a manufacturing fault and/or damage beyond normal use wear and tear are able to be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase, excluding shipping costs. To receive an exchange/refund for the damaged product you will be required to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm the nature of the damage. You will then be required to provide proof of purchase and complete the Product Return Slip along with photographic evidence of damage. If possible, the damaged product will be required to be returned to the postage address below:

Once we have received the product you will be refunded the product purchase amount.
Returning Products for Exchange
If you would like to exchange the unused and unopened mouthguard within 30 days of purchase, send to the above address and we will exchange the mouthguard. If there is a difference in purchase price, one of our sales team members will contact you to balance the difference.
